Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administration support to the Hotel Management team
  • Maintain and update administrative records
  • Assist with Hotel bookings,  guest services, general enquiries, purchasing and other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Assist with general office organisation 

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • Previous exposure to hotel and or property software experience highly advantageous
  • Previous experience within Hotels and or Property Management highly desirable
  • Experience in an administration/ business support role
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and part of a cohesive team 
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
