Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:  

  • Manage all facets of the property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service and achievement of financial targets. 
  • Responsible for making strategic decisions relating to increasing RevPAR.
  • Ensure long term profitability of the property, by maximizing revenue and yield opportunities. 
  • Liaise with the owners, providing information and attending management and owners meetings as required. 
  • Conduct regular analysis on all departments to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards. 
  • Strong passion for creating workplace culture - including motivating, training and developing staff.  
  • Be instrumental in driving changes and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives. 
  • Maintain excellent product and service standards.

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you MUST have: 

  • Knowledge / experience in strata building management an advantage. 
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant Manager/ Operations Manager or General Manager within a hotel.  
  • Demonstrated exceptional financial and revenue management ability. 
  • Confidence in your capability to build strong relationships, effectively resolve difficult situations and implement solutions that improve the service levels and financial results of the business. 
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional experience for your guest. 
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating team.
