We are seeking a reliable person who can lead our maintenance team and possesses a broad range of practical skills to undertake general maintenance, repairs and upkeep of all areas within the buildings.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Technical and manual skills to ensure maintenance standards are operating to their highest level.
- Ability to prioritize multiple task requests and work autonomously
- Plan and oversee all repair, maintenance and installation activities.
- Ability to requisition and manage purchase order process for repair and maintenance.
- Maintain effective working relationships with maintenance contractors and suppliers.
- Carry out inspections of facilities, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems of the buildings to identify functionality and resolve issues.
- Good budgetary controls, and manage day to day maintenance to budget, and direction to the maintenance team and external contractors.
- Develop and review maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to Management on request.
- Work closely with the other departments to achieve high quality service, presentation and delivery to guests.
- High attention to detail, exceptional time management and ability to multi-task.
- Ensure work, health and safety policies are complied.
- Upkeep and maintenance of safety equipment and service as per requirement.
