Job Description

Key Tasks:

Confirm quotation guidelines have been met
- Confirm work progression and finalisation checks are being done
- Confirm tax invoices comply with ATO guidelines for GST purposes
- Conduct ABN checks and validate supplier details when required
- Verify invoices are addressed to the correct Body Corporate and linked to a work order, incident
report, or service contract, or other relevant item
- Ensure Skytower BMG invoices include two or more bodies corporate
- Confirm that single Body Corporate invoices are paid only by their respective scheme, not through
the BMG so they don’t lose their GST
- Cross-check invoices against approved budgets and highlight any variances
- Apply the correct transaction codes in line with EBCM, BM & FM systems
- Apply cost-sharing allocations in accordance with Apportionment Spreadsheet
- Undertake any additional checks as requested by Chairs, Secretaries, Treasurers of the BMG &
Individual Body Corporates

Desired Skills and Experience

Desired Skills & Experience:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams.

- Experience in accounts payable and receivable, including day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.

- Ability to review and verify work orders, quotations, and allocate correct coding/apportionments in line with finance requirements.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent communication skills and proven problem-solving abilities.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work outputs.

- Full Australian working rights (essential).
