Career Progression Opportunity
CLLIX Apartments and Hotels is seeking a motivated individual with strong potential for career growth. We are looking for someone who is eager to progress into a Front Office Supervisor position within approximately six months of employment, subject to performance and completion of training. This role will also involve relocation to one of the CLLIX properties located in South Brisbane as part of the progression pathway
Job Description:
- Ensure the smooth check-in and check-out of all guests.
- Accommodate the requests and needs of all guests, make recommendations, and upsell rooms and related services.
- Proactively communicate any guest feedback to the Duty Manager to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel.
- Answer and process reservation enquiries if required.
- Maintain current knowledge of all room rates and packages available.
- Dispatch requests to the appropriate department.
- Monitoring the safety and security of the hotel.
